I really feel like the Remote work has helped with my work life balance. I really hope you as a University are looking into the well being of your employees as well. I understand wanting work to still get done and it should get done, but your employees mental health and work life balance is so important as well. I hope the University values that part of our work life as well.

In our team, we have had the conversation about what happens if there is a power outage, internet outage, hardware/computer failure or other interruptive event, so everyone agrees on what to do when those things inevitably happen.
